Mr. Mohan currently leads the Dinar Exchange's Finance and Operations Department, bringing over 20 years of core experience in the UAE’s money exchange industry. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles including General Manager, Finance Manager, and Finance & Operations Manager across several exchange houses.
With his extensive background, Mr. Mohan possesses deep insight into the evolution of the exchange business in the UAE over the past two decades. He is well-equipped to manage operational complexities and address the challenges of a rapidly changing market. He understands that finance and operations form the backbone of any exchange business and are essential for ensuring long-term sustainability.
Leveraging his rich experience, he has played a crucial role in helping Dinar Exchange establish and run an efficient Operations Department. He has been instrumental in guiding the organization through periods of change and growth, particularly in areas such as financial forecasting and organizational governance.
As a key member of the Dinar Exchange Leadership Team, Mr. Mohan collaborates closely with fellow leaders to refine strategic direction, define goals, and develop performance metrics that support Dinar Exchange’s ambitious growth objectives.
